Bespoke software development for UK businesses

When spreadsheets, copy-and-paste and off-the-shelf tools stop keeping up, we build software that fits the way your business already works. Then we stay around to look after it.

What's included

Everything in one place, from one team

Internal tools, integrations and business systems built around how you already work.

  • 01

    Internal tools and dashboards

Replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch with a proper application for quoting, scheduling, stock, job tracking or reporting.

  • 02

    System integrations and APIs

Connect your CRM, accounting package, online shop and anything else with an API, so information is entered once and flows to where it is needed.

  • 03

    Customer and partner portals

A secure place for customers to place orders, follow progress or download documents, without emailing your team.

  • 04

    Modernising older software

Take over an ageing system, make it stable, then move it to a modern platform in stages rather than through one risky rewrite.

  • 05

    Support after launch

Security updates, fixes and improvements, so the software keeps working as your business changes.

  • Need something not listed?

Describe the problem rather than the service. We'll tell you whether we can help.

How it works

Four clear steps, no surprises

You always know what happens next, and nothing starts until you've agreed it.

  1. Discovery

We talk to the people who will use the software, map the current process and agree what the first version must do.

  2. Scope and quote

You get a written scope, timeline and price before any build work begins.

  3. Build in the open

Regular demos of working software, so you can steer while it takes shape, not after.

  4. Launch and look after

We deploy it, train your team and stay on for fixes and improvements.

Pricing

How pricing works

Every project is quoted after a short discovery phase, so the price is based on your actual requirements rather than a guess. You know the scope, the timeline and the cost before you commit.

Ongoing support is agreed separately once the software is live.

A project we deliver

Replacing a quoting spreadsheet with an internal app

The problem, how we solve it, and what changes afterwards.

The problem

Quotes are built in one shared spreadsheet. Prices go out of date, two people overwrite each other's changes, and nobody can see who changed what.

How we solve it

  1. Sit with the sales team and map how a quote is really put together.
  2. Build a small web app with one maintained price list, approval steps for discounts and branded PDF quotes.
  3. Connect it to the accounting package so an accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping.

What changes

  • One source of prices
  • A record of every change
  • No double entry into accounts

Questions

Common questions

Can't see yours? We're happy to answer it on a short call.

Ask a question

Bespoke or off-the-shelf: how do we decide?

If an off-the-shelf product covers most of what you need, use it. We'll tell you so. Bespoke makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, when you're paying for several tools that don't talk to each other, or when licence costs grow with every person you hire.

How much does bespoke software cost?

It depends on what the software has to do. A focused internal tool costs far less than a customer-facing platform. We quote after a short discovery so the figure reflects your real requirements.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and the hosting, fix anything urgent, then agree a plan for ongoing support or gradual modernisation.

Do you only work with businesses in Leeds?

No. We're based in Leeds and work with businesses across the UK, mostly remotely, and hold workshops on site where that helps.
