We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16305006, and our registered office is Flat 15, 288 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 7BD. What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your company, phone number and message. If you email or phone us, we receive whatever you send or tell us.
We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we don't set tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by our web hosting provider. When you use a contact form, your message is sent to us by email and stored in our email system. Both providers only process it on our behalf and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client. In that case, your details form part of our client records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
